The creator of The Saucy Muskokan, Laura started in hospitality 23 years ago working in Las Vegas, on cruise ships and trade shows at The Metro Convention Centre.
The creator of The Saucy Muskokan, Laura started in hospitality 23 years ago working in Las Vegas, on cruise ships and trade shows at The Metro Convention Centre.
Laura has also worked for Leslie Beck, a renowned Registered Dietician in downtown Toronto. Leslie is also a columnist with The Globe and Mail and works with the Toronto Raptors.
Having worked closely with professionals in the food industry, Laura’s love of food and its nutritional aspects came easily. Becoming a mother to twin girls and then another girl shortly thereafter, Laura had the opportunity to spend time perfecting her recipes in order to serve her family tasty, nutritious meals. And thus was born the idea for her company.
Laura’s dream is to grow the company to create jobs in Muskoka and provide healthy sauces across Canada.
Our operations manager oversees day- to-day operations and marketing.
He has worked in the food industry for 10+ years and has fantastic market acumen. He spends most of his time strategizing and producing online advertising content for businesses in US and Canada.
